Unless you’ve been living under a rock lately, you’ve probably come across the Youtube video of Greyson Chance, singing Lady Gaga’s own, Paparazzi. The 12 year old from Oklahoma performed for his school about a week ago and since then, the Youtube video has had over 15 million hits and he appeared on The Ellen Show just last week. With the help of Gaga, Chance will be signing a recording contract with Interscope Records in the very near future. Interscope is home of popular performers such as The Black Eyed Peas, Eminem and Lady Gaga. Chance, who only has three years of piano lessons, is being compared to the very popular Justin Bieber.

When Chance appeared on the Ellen show he got the chance to talk to his role model for the first time and received some advice on “the ladies.” Since then, Gaga has become even more so impressed with the young prodigy and is supporting him immensely.

In addition to performing songs by the pop-star he has written some of his own hits and posted them on his youtube page. Once the record deal is signed, Chance is expected to start on a multi-year journey to become “the next big thing.”
